Each capsule contains:
Natural Fish Oil 1g
equiv. to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg
equiv. to Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg
No added artificial colours, or artificial flavours.
Directions
As a dietary supplement:
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food.
Children 6–12 years: Take 1–2 capsules daily. Pierce the capsule and mix the contents with milk or juice if preferred.
Children under 6 years: Use only as directed by a healthcare professional.
Warnings & Storage
Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
Not suitable for individuals with fish or sulfite allergies.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
