Each capsule contains:
Natural Fish Oil 1g
Equivalent to Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 180mg
Equivalent to Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 120mg
Euphausia superba Oil (Antarctic Krill Oil) 50mg
No added sugars, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial flavours, or artificial sweeteners.
Directions
For omega-3 supplementation:
Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children (6–12 years): Take 1–2 capsules daily (Pierce and squeeze the contents into milk or juice), or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For mild arthritis symptoms:
Adults: Take 3 to 4 capsules 3 times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

The Product may have a cloudy appearance due to the mixture of Fish Oil & Krill Oil. This does not affect the potency.
