Each tablet contains:
Calcium carbonate 1.5 g; Equivalent to calcium 600 mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 5 micrograms
Phytomenadione (Vitamin K1) 40 micrograms
No added lactose, salt, artificial colours, or preservatives.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 tablets daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
