Directions
As a dietary supplement:
Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules three times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children (2 years and over): Take 1 to 2 capsules daily. Pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into juice, milk, or cereal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
